Established in 1980, our community consists of 160 2, 3, and 4 bedroom duplex townhomes. Bay Ridge is conveniently located just minutes from downtown San Diego, easily accessible to the I-5, I-15, I-805 and SR 94 in the community of Fairmount Park. Our community includes a private park area with a small, child’s playground area, green space, and a large community swimming pool. The park and pool are limited exclusively for use by Bay Ridge residents and guests. We also recommend that you join the Next Door Community website to keep connected with your neighbors. It can be a valuable resource keeping you up to date with what’s going on in the larger area surrounding our little neighborhood.
