The Board of Directors will meet in executive session on July 15, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. to consider the items listed below.

  1. APN 540-711-050-0. Disciplinary action for failure to: (a) remove trash and/or recycle bins from front yard after trash has been collected; (b) replace house address numbers; (c) replace gate fence cap board and 2” x 6” board on top of fence to left of gate; and (d) place and maintain a potted plant between garage doors.
  2. APN 540-712-110-0. Disciplinary action for failure to remove large oil spill/stain from driveway.
  3. Adjourn
