Just a reminder that we DO have wildlife in the canyons bordering our neighborhood. On Saturday, November 9th at approximately 10pm, 2 medium-sized coyotes came up from the slope at the end of Ash street and trotted down Bridgeview eventually disappearing at the other end of the neighborhood, Please watch your pets and children. If they are brazen enough to trot down a populated street, they’re probably not that afraid of humans.

The Fairmount Park Neighborhood Association (FPNA) will be hosting their annual community yard sale on Saturday April 6th beginning at 8:00 AM. If you wish to participate and be included in the maps and promotions, the cost is a $10 donation to the FPNA and is collected the day of the sale. Tree Trimming 4/9/2018 through 4/25/2018
Tree Maintenance April 9-24, 2018.
The Forestry Group, our contracted tree maintenance company, will be trimming trees around the neighborhood.
Please watch for and obey no parking signs.If they cannot trim the trees properly, it may cause issues with dead branches later.
