Chimney Notice

Your Bayridge home is built with a Rampart, pre-cast chimney. Many of the original chimneys in our development have been converted to gas-burning fireplaces, but many are still wood burning. You should have your chimney inspected before burning ANYTHING in it.

Here is a link ( https://swedesweep.com/rampart-chimneys/ ) to an article detailing some known issues with our chimneys. Please have your chimney inspected to ensure that you don’t have any dangerous conditions in your home.

Coyotes in the ‘hood

Just a reminder that we DO have wildlife in the canyons bordering our neighborhood. On Saturday, November 9th at approximately 10pm, 2 medium-sized coyotes came up from the slope at the end of Ash street and trotted down Bridgeview eventually disappearing at the other end of the neighborhood, Please watch your pets and children. If they are brazen enough to trot down a populated street, they’re probably not that afraid of humans.
